Hey guys! While I’m out working my tail off in Phoenix, I figured today would be a great day to share another post about what a day in the life of Allie Lewis is. Are you ready for this? Prepare to be jealous.
5:25 am Alarm goes off:
I usually snooze once, meaning I’m out of bed around 5:34. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, bobby pin my hair, and then head downstairs.
5:40 am Pack my Lunch Bag:
I rely on my 3 pack bag for all my meals from 7:30 – 5:00 every day. It stores several meals, protein shakes, nuts, fruit, etc. A day without this would be a day lost.
5:50 am If it’s a CrossFit day, I’m in the car en route to the box.
6:20- 6:30 Stretch, warm-up, say hi to my CF friends. Goof off until we are forced to WOD.
6:30 -7:30 Get murdered by Coach Mat
7:30-8:02 am Drive to work, shower at work
8:02 – 12:30/1 Work until lunch
Catch up on emails, attend marketing meetings, put out fires that our members have with their social media accounts. Pretty much own the world.
1:30 -2:30 Lunch hour
This could be going for a walk, watching tv at my apartment, running errands, etc.
2:30-5:00 pm Work, work work
Creating blog posts (I manage 3 blogs), browsing Pinterest for Facebook content for our luxury page, pushing content on members’ pages, etc. (Recycled photo – per my Paleo Challenge I don’t drink that green tea).
5:00 – 8:30 pm
It all depends on the day. Some evenings I spend an hour or so prepping more food for the week. I might have to run errands. I might not. Usually this time is spent writing the next days blog post. Maybe 1 night of the week I’ll spend with Lindsay or Jenny.
8:30 pm Crawl into bed
I’ll typically read until 9/9:30ish before calling it a night.
And that’s what my typical day looks like. Pretty exciting, huh? Oddly enough, my favorite part of the day is when I’m at CrossFit, and yes, that means 6:30 am is the best hour.
