Week Ramblings & The Peanut Butter Bet

I had all intentions of posting yesterday, or even Tuesday, but an assignment came a week early, and such is life.

Even though I’ve been focusing solely on work and school, yes I’m back in school, my workouts with Ashley have been the 3rd major focus of mine. Our workouts have been really great lately, and I really cannot imagine not working out with her. Not only do we push each other to lift heavier or to bust out a few more reps, it also gives us plenty of quality time together.

Lots of heart to hearts in between sets about dating, work, life, and school. We giggle when our gym crushes walk into the gym, and respectively have fits when they’re next to us. We die. One thing we decided based on experience, is that a gym crush should stay a crush.

Ashley has made a bet with me that I can’t go 2 days not eating peanut butter. I think I can last until Monday, but I’m going to see just how long I can go before I have an emotional breakdown and need it. In the comments let me know how many days you think that I can last pb free!

Tuesday and Wednesday I attended a copywriting seminar, and since I knew I’d be away from a fridge for both days, I treated myself to the Six Pack Bags Renee purse. It’ll be in handy on my business trips and day trips when I’m in Nashville, but I splurged so that I could test it out this week.

It looks pretty and like a normal purse from the front:

But on the backside, it’s a meal management purse! 4 slots for meals, along with storage on the side zipper. I LOVE this bag! Not only does it keep the food cool, but it’s perfect for every day use. I will admit that it’s expensive, but I bought it at Vitamin Shoppe for $10 less than the website price, and I had a $15 coupon that I used. This is also THE perfect carry-on for the plane!six-pack-bag-renee-toteOther products that I’m loving? I bought the Dymatize Iso-100 Orange Dreamsicle on Tuesday afternoon, and I have already had 4 shakes since buying it. It tastes exactly like an orange creamsicle, and hands down, this is my favorite protein that I have ever had. 1 scoop with 1 cup cashew milk and a 4 ice cubes, and it’s the perfect consistency. I’ve even added xanthum gum to make it thicker like ice cream.

Ashley gave me the new Oh Yeah! One bar to try. Mint Chocolate Chip. The mint isn’t too strong, and it’s much better than the Quest bar.

OhYeahOne--Mint-Chocolate-ChipI’d buy it again!

My new favorite and filling dinner is broccoli slaw with Italian dressing, and seasoned potatoes and baked chicken… because eating pretzels and peanut butter for dinner isn’t healthy. Oops.image

And to celebrate finishing my 16 page finals paper for this term… I continued my binge watching of Quantico, which I was forced to put on hold for my final. It feels good to be back with all of they eye candy in this show.image

And that is a wrap on the first half of my week!

What show(s) are you currently binge watching?

Any products or supplements you’re loving?

How long do you think I can go without peanut butter?

I think I can last until Monday.

Day In The Life #19

I’m finally getting back into my blogging groove, and am coming at you with the 3rd post of the week, and with tomorrow’s post, that will be 4 posts. Home girl is back, and back with another day in the life post for ya!

4:50 -5:15 am

My alarm goes off, so I roll out of bed, and get my life together. I respond to text messages while brushing my teeth & pooping (sorry, it’s true!), and get my gym and lunch bag packed, and am out the door at 5:15.

5:35 – 7:10 am //

I get to the gym at my new favorite time, and get going on the day’s workout. I start with a 1 mile run, which is tough. These legs weren’t made for running this morning! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do shoulders or legs when I got to the gym, but after the run, I decided on shoulders. This mini shoulder workout might look easy, but it’s tough! My arms were jello by the time I completed the 3 different moves!

Lindsay texted me at 6:20 telling me to crush my leg workout just as I was finishing shoulders, and that was the motivation I needed to add on a leg workout. I had 50 minutes to kill and extra motivation and drive, so why the heck not! I pulled up the programmed leg workout for this week from my coach, and got to town. I didn’t have time for the entire workout simply because my legs couldn’t move anymore. It was a tough one! This workout reminded me of a “silent but deadly fart.” Sounds easy, but it kills, ha! Instead of finishing the leg workout, I used the 20 minutes I had to walk and get my legs moving.

7:45 am //

I am ravenous! That workout not only left my booty sore, but it left me with a raging appetite. I dug into my new favorite oatmeal bowl combo. You are so beautiful, to me!!

8-11:45 am //

Work, work, work the day away.

11:45 am //

I can’t take it any longer. I am starving and need lunch. I always try to make it to at least noon, but it wasn’t happening today. As I mentioned yesterday, this is my favorite lunch ever. I ate this in 5 minutes and did not stop to breathe.

2:05 pm //

I break for my lunch hour and head to the grocery store for a few items before swinging by my parent’s house to grab my PEScience order that came in!!

3:05-5:00 pm //

Work. Rather be napping. Or eating. I snacked on the leftover banana from my oatmeal with some powdered peanut butter. I hoarded my fat for dessert, which is why I went the powdered pb route instead of the good stuff!

5:15 pm //

Get home from work and immediately nose dive into dinner.

5:30 – 7 pm //

I read for a little bit before my brother calls me to update me on his and Chelsey’s current adventure. It’s killing me that I am not allowed to talk about it yet, but I think soon I will be able to! I hate keeping secrets!!image

7:05 -7:30 pm //

Dessert in bed, while reading. Lights out at 7:30 because I am a grandma and waking up in the 4 o’clock hour earns this bedtime.

What was the highlight of your day yesterday?

Day In The Life #18

Yesterday was fun. And different. I will have a future post geared towards one specific event from the day, but for now, let’s jump into a day in the life post and take a look at my Thursday!

5:00 am – my alarm goes off, and I immediately roll out of bed without hitting snooze. I head to the bathroom to freshen up, hop on the scale to see how my cut is going, and then throw my workout clothes on. This is a recycled picture since there is no light at this hour, but you get the idea!

5:23 am – I throw my headphones and lock in my purse and head to the gym.

5:40 am – I’ve put my belongings in the gym locker and head to start my workout. My body immediately tells me that it’s an active rest day, so I walk 2 miles while reading an e-book, and then finish with a 1.3 mile run because I’m feeling better.

6:40-7:40 am – I drive 10 minutes to my apartment, shower, pack my food bag, and head out to work, sponsored by One Direction. There is zero shame, and I fully support the purchase of this cd.

7:50 am – I get to work and am at my desk by 7:50, so I head to the kitchen heat up breakfast, which is Laura’s lean ground beef, mashed sweet potatoes, and broccoli. I’m obsessed with this meal, so naturally it’s become my breakfast.

7:55 am – 10:55 am – I have an important task of creating the yearly email schedule for 3 companies that I oversee at work, and it’s time pressing, so I work hard on matching up deploy dates for all 3 companies for 2016.

11:00 -12:30 – I head to an hour long company-wide meeting, where we discuss the good and bad from our work trip last week, and once we are out, I make a shake for a pre-lunch snack. You are very welcome for this gorgeous picture. And yes, I do have positive affirmations taped to my monitor. 🙂

2:30 pm – I dig into lunch, which is chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and almonds. It’s so boring and I’m relieved this is the last tupperware of it, but this is what happens when you bs your meal prep for the week.

1:30 -3:00 pm – I peruse emails and respond to our members, and tackle a few things on Twitter.

3:00 pm – I’m done for the day! I worked through my lunch hour on Wednesday so that I could leave at 3. I head to downtown Concord to visit my buddy Sean at Runner’s Alley.

runners-alley-concord-nhI’m due for new running shoes, and I wanted to partner with him on a post, so I spend time with him and Jeremiah, their social media guy until about 4:00. Next week you can expect a full-post geared towards my time spent with Sean and Runner’s Alley, which I’m so excited to share with you.

runners-alley-concord-nhOn my walk back to my car, I stop and take a picture of this pretty view. As I walk I consider moving to Concord once my lease is up. Most of my extended family lives there, and being more in the country would be nice. It’s only about 17 minutes from my current  apartment, and about the same from my parent’s house, so it’s not a big change.

downtown-concord-nhOn my 17 minute drive home, I snack on the perfect hard-boiled egg. This fuels me through 20 minutes of Target shopping. I swear by Nom Nom Paleo’s perfect hard-boiled egg recipe.the-perfect-hard-boiled-egg5:20 -6:30 – I prep chicken and ground turkey for tomorrow, pack my meals for the next day, and then cook myself dinner, which is chicken, butternut squash, almonds and walnuts cooked in coconut oil.

image6:30-8:30 pm – I upload pictures and start typing this post up. Since my day was so busy, I finally sit back on my couch and catch up on blogs. I make myself a strawberry protein shake around 7:30, and then climb into bed to read until 8:30, which is lights out!

What was your day like yesterday?

Do you buy your running shoe’s from your specialty running store?

Day in the Life: Gym, Whole30 Eating & Christmas Decor!

In work terms, today is technically Thursday, and I’m loving this ultra-short week. Fingers crossed that we get out of work early on Wednesday, but if not, I will still soak in having Thursday-Sunday off!

I haven’t written a day in the life post in a bit, so I figured this would be a good day to do so. Don’t get too excited, nothing thrilling happened, just a typical Monday in the life of me.

My workouts have finally begun to get better, and I’m finding that my motivation to lift weights has returned! Yesterday I started with a 10 minute warm-up walk and a 20 minute run, before getting a back workout in. I’m spending more time warming up because it takes me forever and a day to actually wake up and find the energy I need for my workouts. Overall throughout the day I never feel tired or sluggish, but it certainly takes my body getting used to not relying on pre-workout. Is it weird that the first thing I want to reintroduce after the Whole30 is pre-workout? Yup, not peanut butter. I’m sure over the next 15 days my energy will only get better in the morning, but it’s still a bit of a struggle!

imageThat being said, I hit the point in the Whole30 where I no longer have headaches, feel like I need a nap, or hate things/people! Woo! Today marks day 15; I’m halfway there!! I dug into my breakfast, which was Nature’s Place chicken sausage, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, and un-pictured eggs. I then continued to plug away at work, doing work things.

Around 1:30 I dug into my lunch, which was baked chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, and avocado. It might sound boring, but I enjoy it, it works for me, and I feel healthy eating it, so there ya go! Sometimes you just have to be low-key, and I’d like to think that my breakfast and dinners are more fun and pack the flavors, like my meat sauce and roasted veggies!

whole30-dinnerOver the weekend I prepped A LOT of food, so it’s nice having all of my work meals already in Tupperware for the week. This makes life so much easier, and I went into the week feeling minimal stress. Mashed sweet potatoes for lunch, broccoli for dinner, cubed butternut squash (in the fridge) for dinners, beef for dinner, hard-boiled eggs and avocados for breakfast, bananas for possible snacks, and my breakfast and lunches. The top meal container is chicken sausage and sweet potatoes, and once at work, I mash hard-boiled egg whites with 1/2 of an avocado. The 2nd dish is 2/3 complete, but I add the avocado to the plate at lunch time.

whole30-prepNow that the only cooking I need to do after work is to just saute veggies for dinner and reheat meat, I’m back to having my nights practically free to relax. I decided to get a jump on setting up my Christmas tree. Several years ago I bought a 6 1/2 foot fake tree for about $25 at Target thanks to my team member discount, my debit card discount and the after-Christmas sale prices, so I’m finally putting it to use! Ahhhh, this makes me so happy! Now I just need to buy some more ornaments, a skirt and a topper!

Christmas-TreeI had Christmas music on full blast while setting up my tree, and once complete, I nestled up with Elf and the smell of Christmas. Buddy is my spirit animal <3333 Elf is currently on sale at Target for $6! I bought it over the weekend since we have a family copy of the movie. Christmas movies every night, yeah!!

elfI ended my evening with my current read, It Starts with Food.

What book are you currently reading?

When do you put your Christmas tree up?

Have you started watching Christmas movies yet? Is there a movie that you always have to watch first to kick off the season?

Usually for me it’s The Family Stone, but that didn’t happen!

Day in the Life: Not Your Typical Tuesday

Hey friends & happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a fabulous week so far.. I know I sure am! I feel like I haven’t done a day in the life post in quite some time, so I figured today would be a great day to show you my Tuesday. It was a little different than my typical work week day, so let’s have some fun!

I woke up at my usual time; 5 am, and got my bags ready for the gym and work day.

What is up with my crazy side hair sticking straight up. #HiBoys

This was actually an active rest day for me, so I spent my morning on the treadmill, alternating between a walk and a light jog. On active rest days I like to move around with light cardio, but nothing that will tax my body. A slow, light jog is what I prefer, and usually this really helps my legs recover from a leg workout. This is what works for me, and every one is different, so keep that in mind. What works for me as an active rest day might not work for you, and vice versa.

Once at work at 7:20, I showered, got dressed and warmed up my breakfast, which was oatmeal topped with peanut butter, slivered almonds and maple syrup. I’m still using a banana extract in my oats, which makes for a flavor explosion!

I work for a good chunk of the morning on creating newsletters, before digging into my mid-morning snack around 11, which is a Fiber One english muffin topped with 2 tbsp of JIF Natural Peanut Butter. peanut-butter-english-muffin

I continue working for several more hours until 2, where it’s time to go act! One of our company divisions trains our clients per se, so I volunteered to act in one of their commercials. We did this from 2-3, and it was definitely a fun break in the normal work day!

Around 3:20 I broke for a mid-afternoon snack, which was a mini-sized FitCrunch bar. LOVE these! I found them at Walgreens, but I’ve heard select Walmart’s also carry them. Mine doesn’t (Hooksett). The macros are great! 8 g fat / 14 g carbs / 16 g protein.

I left work around 4 for an impromptu afternoon of fun! We met at Popovers and then proceeded to spend the rest of the evening chatting and all of that good stuff!

Homegirl didn’t have a late night at all, and I was in bed reading by 8:30!

What was the highlight of your Tuesday?

Monday & My New New Favorite Dessert

Some weeks the Monday God just doesn’t want you to have a rockin’ fabulous day. While I got amazing sleep Sunday into Monday, I woke up with dead legs, which I will not complain about because that means my leg workout on Saturday was awesome. I did wake up feeling rather blah and woof. I had originally planned on a 30 minute shake-out run, which I would use as my weekly 30 minutes of steady-state cardio per my coach, along with a chest workout.

I knew right away that 30 minutes wasn’t going to happen, so I told myself to just jog until I knew my limit was reached. After 20 minutes of a jog at a pace even slower than my typical warm-up pace, I knew that I was only going to make my legs feel worse. I walked for another 20 minutes, and then decided to go back to my apartment. I looked at this day as an active rest day, figuring light activity was better than nothing, and what better day to take it easy than on a day full of cramps.

Had I done a full workout and showered at work, I would have been miserable in skinny jeans and a tight shirt, but the benefits of showering at my apartment meant I could look through my dresses so that I could be comfortable all day!

Breakfast was protein pancakes that I made on Sunday. Lemon cake flavored. THE best! So many pancakes!

protein-pancakesThese held me over until about 11:30a, when I broke into a mid-day snack. 1 lavish bread with 2 tbsp of peanut butter inside. I usually use lavish bread for tuna wraps, but I’ve been loving tuna salads lately, which was my lunch at 2p. I clearly do not believe in normal meal times ha.

imageAfter work I plopped myself on the couch and watched an episode of White Collar before digging into dinner, which was grilled chicken and roasted sweet potatoes.

imageSweet relish with my chicken because I’m on such a relish kick lately!

imageI was looking forward to dessert all day long!

1 cup of vanilla greek yogurt mixed with 17 grams of Oreo pudding mix. You can alter the amounts of both depending on your preference or leftover macros. I based mine off of the macros I had left for the night.

imageSo good! If you freeze it for just a few minutes it gets even better! Side note: obviously you stir the mix in with the yogurt.. this picture just looked better than the mixed version. 🙂

imageI then prepped pancakes for today, read a bit of my book, and was asleep by 8:30!

Day in the Life & What I Ate Wednesday

Are you guys ready for this post? I’m super excited because today you’ll get a double whammy of my two favorite types of blog posts. A “Day in the Life” and “What I Ate Wednesday” post. I took yesterday off from work and used a vacation day, which I never do! I rarely take time off from work, and after a busy week of traveling and moving, I just wanted to relax in the sun and get some color… so that’s what I did!

My morning started at 5:37 a, but then I thought to myself, sleep in a little longer, so when my alarm went off at 6:10, I rolled out of bed to start my day. I immediately went into my kitchen to prepare my drinks for the gym. Pre-workout goes in a water bottle so I can just dispose of it at the gym, and my BCAA’s, which I now swear by, goes in my actual water bottle.

I owe my coach a check-in with pictures, so after weighing myself, I throw on my progress picture bikini and take 3 pictures: front, back and side. Once I’m happy with the pictures, I change into my gym clothes, throw a towel in my gym bag, grab my drinks and head out the door.

At the gym I focused on Cardio (20 minute HIIT run)/Chest/Shoulder/Glutes. I follow a program on bodybuilding.com, so I just follow that every day at the gym. It tells me what to do for how many reps and sets, and it allows me to enter my weight, reps, and my resting time between sets. I LOVE it and would be lost without it! If you friend/follow me on bodybuilding.com, you can follow my workouts! My username is alewis19. 🙂

imageSo that’s what I did for my workout! I left feeling and smelling rather ripe, which is a term that I just learned about yesterday haha.

Once I made it home, I immediately showered, but only used soap and a tiny bit of conditioner since I knew I was going to sweat again very shortly. Once I was dressed, I went into my kitchen to whip up a batch of protein pancakes. I wanted to treat myself to a delicious breakfast since I’m usually eating breakfast at my desk every morning.

Protein Pancakes from scratch!

  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 2 egg whites, or about 60ish grams of liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 serving of protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
  • pinch of baking powder

I prefer the pancakes with my Protizyme Vanilla Cake protein, but I left that at my parent’s house. That protein makes it taste like lemon cake… the Slap Protein is better in shakes… but that’s just my own opinion! My above grill can also be turned into an open-faced griddle (love!), so I whipped up my pancakes and then topped them with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and Walden Farms maple syrup. I uploaded my progress pictures and then sent my check-in email to coach Ashley, before packing my day bag and heading to my parent’s house. {Eaten around 9 am}

All I wanted was a day off to lay in the sun and read. I hopefully temporarily lost Eat, Pray, Love, which was the book I was reading, so thankfully I had checked this book out as well at the library. It’s a crime novel, and so far it is ADDICTING! I always read while lying on my stomach.

I’d prefer to get color on my front side, but just lying there can be so boring, and then I remembered how obsessed everyone is with the Serial podcast. I grabbed my phone, downloaded a few episodes and quickly found that I’m obsessed too!

This little man got plenty of frisbee action, until he tore it apart, and then I just kept throwing balls for him to fetch.imageWhenever I’m in the sun for long periods of time, it typically suppresses my appetite, so around 1 pm I went inside to dig into the lunch I brought over. 5 oz of grilled chicken, 115 grams of roasted red potatoes, honey mustard and ketchup.

After that, it was more reading outside, before I headed in for good around 2:30. I showered, folded the laundry that I did, and then got to work on this post. The Block Island organic sunscreen is my go-to for days like these! It’s the same sunscreen I brought to the beach.

LOVE Sparkling ICE drinks! Drank this while getting ready for the rest of my day.

Random mid-afternoon snack around 3:40 was a salad topped with tuna salad, which I’ve been craving for weeks now!

Nessie gets lots of kisses from me. She has a fever so she’s been sleeping a lot, but hopefully her trip to her vet will have her back to her crazy self soon!

Around 4:15 I left my parent’s house and headed out to run a few errands, before prepping food for Thursday, and enjoying a mini Larabar. I was craving something sweet, so this bad boy fit my macros perfectly!

Around 7 I cooked up dinner and continued reading for a few more hours.

And for dessert, around 8:30 I enjoyed 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter to round out my macros spot-on for the day! Such a delicious day of eating! 🙂

peanut-butterWhat was the best thing that you ate yesterday?

The burger!… even though I failed with my cheese and forgot to put it on while it was finishing on the griddle 🙁

This Is What My Monday Looked Like

Hi friends! It feels so nice being able to start the work week on a Tuesday. Last week absolutely dragged, but I have a feeling that this week will be quick, quick, quick! Speaking of quick, here’s a quick and fun look into my Memorial Day Monday.

I couldn’t fall asleep until 2 am Sunday into Monday, so I slept in until 9:15.

I had a serious headache going on, so I deemed my morning to be lazy. I spent about an hour on the couch watching The Big Bang Theory and eating a bowl of oatmeal, topped with blueberry maple syrup. Winning combo, fyi!

About an hour and a half after breakfast I headed over to the local fields to torture myself. I love that you have to walk through nature to get to the track!

I loosely followed a Speedy 600 workout that I thought I had found on a blog, but I cannot find it now, so just know that I did a speed workout. 🙂 I started with a 1 mile warm-up run.

I didn’t realize how muggy it was until my first foot strike, and I instantly began to dread the workout ahead. I pushed myself to 3 miles, and was extremely happy once I finished.

With the speedy 600’s, I was able to push myself past my comfort zone, and I realized that my body could handle running at a faster pace. Once my Garmin beeped for 3 miles, I instantly came to a dead halt and passed out on the grass.

On my drive home from the track, I swung by Shaw’s to browse the flower arranagments…
flowersAnd grab a few last minute essentials for the work week.

After a shower, strawberry protein shake and some random things, I broke into a late lunch. Ground turkey with asparagus, spinach and mushrooms. I am on a serious asparagus kick right now!foodPerfect end to my Monday. Date night at Firefly American Bistro. A guy who picks you up.. Chivalry is not dead fellas.

Do you do speed workouts at the track? How often?

What’s your favorite way to eat asparagus?

I love it crispy and grilled!!

This Is What Happened on Wednesday

Gooooood morning and happy weekend eve! I am absolutely loving this week so far. Over the past month my headaches have pretty much vanished completely, and the past few weeks my focus has been spot on. I’m talking about busting things out left and right. At work, after work, at the gym. I’ve noticed that it’s me that makes me the most happy. Anyways, enough rambling and let’s take a look at what my Wednesday looked like!

My first alarm went off at 5 am. I snoozed only twice, which is a win for me. I had been really tired the past few days, so for once I finally woke up feeling refreshed, and my body not feeling workout sore. I got up, got my stuff together and headed out the door. I drank my pre-workout while leaving the neighborhood.

I mixed Cellucor Super HD Strawberry Lemonade with Optimum Nutrition Fruit Punch and the flavor was so bomb.com that it was gone before I made it to the main roads. Lindsay told me about her success with mixing Super HD with a pre-workout and said that it gave her extra pump, so I’m trying it out and see how it works!

If Wednesday’s workout was any sign, I’d say the first day it worked wonderfully! It was legs day for me, and instead of running before, I decided to go for low impact cardio. I walked 1 mile, completed my intense leg workout which for the first time in years included the bosu ball.

  • Bosu ball: squats, forward lunges and side lunges
  • Squat to overhead press
  • Leg press (normal and sumo squats)
  • Standing side crunches holding 20 lb dumbbells

And then I completed my workout with a 1 mile cool-down walk.

I hobbled on over to work, which was quite embarrassing when you have to slowly step down from the curb while people walk and drive by you. And you know that when they are letting you cross, that they are thinking this:

While you are thinking this:

Outfit of the day with a side of awkward arm.

I was HANGRY all day long, but this snack absolutely made me happy again. A Quest bar with a fizzy drink, because carbonation = fill the belly up!

After work I prepped meals for the rest of the week. 1/2 cup of brown rice, 70 grams of broccoli and 4 oz of chicken sautéed in liquid aminos. Meal prep can be so easy. I buy the “steam in the bag broccoli” because it’s super convenient, and rice that you microwave in the bag. 2 minutes for the broccoli and 90 seconds for the rice. The only other time is maybe 10 minutes of cutting and cooking the chicken. How easy is that? Not only that, but I have healthy and filling meals for the next few days! {{Liquid aminos give a soy sauce like taste}}meal-prep

The rest of the night was spent catching up on my DVR and getting lost in The Girl on the Train. This book is so good!

Thursday in One Sentence Per Picture

If I haven’t already mentioned that I love you guys, well, I will do it again. I love you guys. Your comments on yesterday’s post were so so so incredibly sweet, and I cannot thank you enough for your kind words. I’ve been working my tail off the past 6 months, and I’m really proud of the progress that I’ve been having so far. Right now I’m focused on keeping up my hard work and seeing what else I can accomplish in this ever crazy world. As always, if you ever have any questions about following a macro-based lifestyle, feel free to ask away either in comments or my email (listed to the right), and I will answer them as best as I can! If not, the If It Fits Your Macros website is a great tool!

I had a super crazy day yesterday that looked like this:

5:20 – wake up

6:00 – gym

8 -5 work

5:15-10:45 pm babysit

I was on the go go go, so instead of a full blown post, you get to see my day in pictures. One sentence per picture, because I have 6 minutes to hit publish before my work day starts! Haha!

Sprints and lots of ab work that totally killed me!
