So some of you might be wondering why I was working my tail off in Denver the past few days.
Unfortunately it wasn’t for pleasure, and I barely had any free time to explore. Scratch that, I had no free time to explore. I worked from morning until night, and the only “fun” time we had was when we had our company outing at Coors Field. I really wanted to check out 16th St., but there was just no time at all.
I spent 80% of my time at the Denver Convention Center with this guy.
He watches your every move.
Inside, however, was pure chaos. We worked our tails off, and in the end, it was a success.
With chaos comes fun, and we had a blast when we rented out Coors Field.
The complete marketing team. I couldn’t ask for a better group.
Coors Field was one of my favorite moments of the business trip. There was a batting cage, karaoke, and lots of ball park food, but we stuck to dancing and hanging out on the field.
My workouts were quick, and started before the sun even rose. I would start on the treadmill.
And then finished on the rooftop track.
The days flew by, and before I knew it, I was back on a plane to New Hampshire and back at work yesterday morning. After an 8 hour work day on Sunday, 16 hours on Monday, and 13.5 hours on Tuesday, I’m more than ready for the weekend.
I’m going out tonight for hopefully a big, juicy, cheeseburger and beers, and then Saturday will be spent with my cuzzo, Nikki. We’ll be booking our Fall vacation and also hopefully swimming at our Aunt & Uncles house!
Anything fun planned this weekend?
