Today is going to be a little bit of a house-keeping post. First off, the winners of the Dove & Degree giveaway are below. I have reached out to all of you ladies, so if you’ve yet to respond with your mailing address, go check your inbox!

You also have one last day to enter the Big Slice giveaway. It ends tonight at 11:59 pm, and there are very easy ways to enter, so go for it if you haven’t done so already!

BigSlice-GiveawayI have one last giveaway of the holiday season coming next week in conjunction with my partnership with Larabar as an ambassador, so be ready for that one!

peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-larabarCan I just say that out of the 1,800 pictures taken at the Santa Shuffle several weekends back, the photographers failed to get me in a single shot. I’m not sure if I should be happy or annoyed by this. Happy that I avoided a possibly embarrassing image, but also annoyed that I didn’t have an embarrassingly awkward picture taken of me as a Santa.

If you’re looking for a burning butt workout for that big butt of yours, this is the one that I’m currently doing. I picked some of my favorite leg exercises and created this little number. How do I know that it works? Well, when driving immediately following this, I always feel like my legs will give out and I will crash my car into the pole, and secondly, my butt is always on fire throughout the day, with my thighs feeling the love 2 days following. All signs of a good leg workout.

leg-day-workoutAnd that is all this girl wrote for the week!

What’s your favorite leg exercise?

Give me something good that I can add to my leg day workout!!!

What are your weekend plans?

How You Like Dem’ {Big Slice} Apples? ++ Giveaway

Do you like apples? I love apples.

Well. My tastebuds LOVE apples, my stomach and digestive tract, don’t. It stinks. It’s like loving that delicious man who always makes you cry. Why, why, why?

Since I was a child, I have luckily also loved applesauce. My best friend was Evan when I was growing up in Vermont, and his parents raised Evan and his sister Claire in a very healthy manner. It’s the lifestyle that I hope to one day adopt for my future family. Evan’s Mom knew healthy balance, and it was something that I came to know as well, as I enjoyed probably thousands of breakfasts, lunches and dinners at their house.

One of her sides, which I have never been able to get out of my mind, is her homemade applesauce. Oh it was just heavenly! Ever since tasting her homemade applesauce, I have had a love affair with applesauce, so when I was selected to be on Big Slice’s campaign for their on-the-go pouches of slowly cooked slices of apples,  I got way too excited.

I love warmed-up apples and I love applesauce, so a combination of the two, in decadent and fun flavors, ahhh!!!

16 flavors, 3 product lines. Big Slice are made of wholesome ingredients, made with USA apples ONLY, non-GMO product verified, are gluten-free, and include whole pieces of fruit.

7 different flavor pouches make up their Pure Line, in which each recipe is made with pure fruit and spices gently blended together.

{Orange Ginger, Apricot, Blueberry Pomegranate, Natural, Lemon Berry, Chai & Cherry Vanilla}.

Big-Slice-ApplesThe Cherry Vanilla was amazing, and little cherries were a welcomed surprise in the mix!

Their Fit Line is comprised of four different varieties promoting energy, power, balance, and beauty. {Banana Mango & Hemp Seed, Peach Green Tea & Aloe, Pineapple Passion Fruit & Fiber, and Raspberry Hibiscus & Green Coffee Extract}.

And lastly, their Luxe Line are made for indulging in those rich flavors that won’t leave you feeling guilty. {Peach Bellini, Cinnamon Candy, Boysenberry Chocolate, Caramel, and Cinnamon French Toast}.

Big-Slice-ApplesThese are great before a workout, as a mid-morning snack, after dinner when you just want a little bit of something to cure your sweet tooth, or really any dang time that you please!

Now here’s where Big Slice is sharing the love. One lucky Running on Peanut Butter reader will win a gift pack that includes 12 assorted Big Slice pouches as seen above, a tumbler, and a spork (for digging in with). Simply enter below through the Rafflecopter giveaway. The giveaway will run until Friday 12/18 11:59 pm, and I will announce the winner on Monday, 12/21!

I Sweat More Than The Average Human & Dove/Degree Giveaway

During the summer months when I lived at home, I would spend my weekend mornings running in the neighborhood. Hot days meant that I would sweat X10 more than normal. I sweat 5x more than the normal human being (thanks Dad), so really, I would be sweating 15x more than normal during my summer runs.

When I would enter the house after my runs, my Dad would always remind me that I smell. That or I would enter the kitchen and if I walked by someone, I would tell them to hold their breath.

I sweat. I sweat a lot. And when I sweat, I smell. The only saving grace aside from a shower is deodorant. I used to buy Dove’s specialty deodorant because it was the only deodorant that could combat my stench. Now, I rotate between Degree for women and for men. So when I was asked to participate in Dove & Degree’s #TryDry campaign, I was all in, especially because they even offered TEN Running on Peanut Butter readers to win the same gift pack that I received! Ho ho ho!

Unilever sent me 5 dry spray antiperspirants, which are their new product that goes on instantly dry, provides 48-hour of odor and wetness protection and are each formulated with unique product benefits {see below}.

Dove Dry Spray Antiperspirant: Goes on instantly dry and provides 48 hour odor and wetness protection with all the care of Dove, leaving underarms soft, smooth and residue free.

Dove Men+Care Dry Spray: Has a non-irritant formula to be tough on sweat, not on skin. Provides 48 hour odor and wetness protection along with Dove Men+Care’s signature ¼ moisturizing cream.

Degree Women Dry Spray Antiperspirant: Includes MOTIONSENSE® Technology which responds directly to your body movement to release extra protection the more you move.

Degree Men Dry Spray Antiperspirant: Includes MOTIONSENSE® Technology which responds directly to your body movement to release extra protection the more you move.

AXE Dry Spray Antiperspirant: Designed to help guys feel confidently fresh by offering a high voltage blend of premium fragrance notes.

I carried around the Degree Women spray in my purse constantly. I would give myself a spray before the gym, after my shower, and sometimes before bed, but I usually still smelled approachable, so it wasn’t necessary.

I love men’s deodorant, or more so how good men smell, so from time to time I do buy men’s deodorant. I gave these deodorants to my brother, except for the Dove spray because the smell was just so fresh and lovely that I wanted it for myself! Is that greedy?

Deodorant is so important to me because I never know just when I will bump into my future husband. Will it be at the gym? At Target? At the library? I have no idea where or when, so I always need to smell good so that I don’t scare him away.

As I mentioned above, 10 lucky readers will win the above pack, all you have to do to enter is leave a comment below telling anything about your sweat situation. Do you sweat a lot? Do you barely sweat? What scent do you like the best? Men or women’s deodorant? You have until Sunday 11:59 pm EST to enter, and I will announce the winners next week!

Running Safety with Illumiseen

I loved my run several Sundays ago so much that I wanted to dedicate a post to pictures from that run and tie it into running safety!

Head’s Pond is the cutest little hidden gem in my town. It takes me about 15-20 minutes to get there, depending on the time of day and traffic. It’s off of a main road so cars are constantly flying by, but below the road, is a beautiful path that people run or walk their dogs on.

Most of the trail is gravel, and in the middle of the course you get views of Head’s Pond, which can sometimes be occupied by fishers or someone in a kayak or a canoe.

As you get a mile or so in, the pond disappears from view and you are on a more deserted path. If it were early in the morning or late in the evening, I would not want to be on this path alone, but during a weekend day where it’s more populated, there’s definitely a safe and peaceful feeling to it.

About 1.4 miles in, you literally hit a dead-end, unless you can run on water, which I can’t, so I stop here.

To take in this view.

On my run back towards the entrance, there are little side trails that can only fit one person and is overgrown with trees and bushes. Again, this isn’t a safe option when you’re alone, butttt sometimes I take it every now and then when I’m alone.

There are little inlets several yards down the trail which are open and more safe for breaks and photo-ops, but honestly, this is definitely a trail to be with someone on a walk or a run during the evening hours.Heads-Pond-running-selfie

Choosing the right area or trail for your run is the first step to running safety. Once you decide where you are going to run, then you need to determine what to carry with you, which can vary based on the time of day. It’s always important to carry ID of some kind on you. Whether you stuff your license in your running belt, slip it between your phone and case, or wear an ID bracelet, you need to do something to let someone know who you are in case of an emergency!

I have a bracelet ID that I will wear and I also typically carry my phone with me. Most of my outdoor runs are in my neighborhood, so carrying my phone is convenient in case I need to call family or a neighbor for assistance. Knock on wood that I don’t need to do this! I’ve only done it once because I had a pair of shoes that were causing me to bleed.

And one of THE most important safety tips for runner’s is to run when it’s light out, and when it’s not, to always make sure to run with a head lamp, a sensor light clip for your pants or shoes, reflective clothing, or an LED reflective belt, like the one that Illumiseen sent me. I love being the center of attention, and this belt makes that happen!

I’m not quite sure how I would feel about running with a light on my head, so clipping this around my waist is ideal for me, especially since I am used to that with my fuel belt.

Even from a distance and jumping around, you are still extremely visible!

Remember whether you carry ID, wear a reflective light or bring your phone with you, make sure to always tell someone where you’ll be running, how long they might expect you to be gone for, and any additional information you find fitting!

What’s your #1 running safety tip?

*Illumiseen provided me with an LED Reflective belt free of charge. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

My Secret Weapon for Running & Compression Sock Giveaway! {SLS3}

With the weather getting nice (sort of), it’s time for me to start narrowing in on races that I want to run this spring, summer and fall. I have my first race of the year this Sunday, and with that means more grueling training runs, smarter eating, and getting quality sleep so I can continually improve.

During the winter months I was focused on weight lifting with easy 2 mile runs, but within the past month, I have focused in on making my runs quality. Instead of always doing easy runs, I’m challenging myself with tempo runs, HIIT, and building up my “long run,” while still lifting 3 days a week.

While things such as nutrition, sleep and mobility are major factors in recovery and progress, my secret weapon are compression socks. I’ve only worn the full marathon compression socks, so when SL3S reached out to me asking if I would review their compression butterfly sleeve, I couldn’t say no!

I had never heard of SLS3, so when a lesser-known to me company reaches out, I always find joy in learning about a new company and informing others of them as well. It’s even better when the company asks if they can give a pair of compression socks or sleeves to one lucky Running on Peanut Butter fan!

I want those black ones above. BADLY! ^

One of the things I loved instantly about SLS3 were the colors they offered their compression socks/sleeves in. Purple, pink, light blue, black, hello!!!! If we want to get more technical, Azure, Hibiscus, Violet, Black. Black, there’s just no pretty name for you!

I already have a pair of pink compression socks, so I chose violet, since that’s one of my favorite colors.

I love these sleeves! I sleep in them, I wear them to work, and I lounge around in them, especially after a run or the night before a harder scheduled run. I also loved that my feet didn’t feel suffocated. If I sleep in full compression socks, I will wake up in the middle of the night and literally pull those things off as fast as I can because I feel claustrophobic.  <–anyone else.. am I the only weird one??

These sleeves really are fabulous. They boost bloodflow by about 34%, and I love feeling my calves get all tingly from the blood flow. THAT’S how I know these work. It’s a calming sensation almost. I can knock out a tough run in the morning, and then go sit at work while wearing these under my jeans and know that the circulation improvements are helping my body eliminate lactic acid, and ultimately “leads to less soft tissue damage and less sore muscles.”

I will take it! And so will one of you! I’m keeping this giveaway open today, tomorrow and Thursday. The giveaway will close at midnight Thurs/Friday, and I will announce the winner Friday morning at 9 am! Good luck my running friends! 🙂

a Rafflecopter giveaway

So my question is, “when do you listen to what your body tells you and what your brain tells you?”

I try to most of the time to choose the right thing, but sometimes my stubborn self just wants to rebel, you know, like pushing my body until it reallllllly needs a rest day. Sometimes it’s so hard to follow your game plan of taking a rest day on Day Y when you just really want to workout or if your body feels good. The risk is feeling like the bottom of a trash can the day after {Day Z}, making it hard to make it through work and life without looking like this:

121H (1)

When all along if you listened to your brain and took the actual rest day, you wouldn’t feel like Cousin Itt.

So when I want to put off a rest day, a way for me to make sure that I actually rest is to have a later than usual night. Even if it’s staying out an hour later than normal, that extra hour will throw me off, and it’ll take me longer to fall asleep = wanting to sleep in and not workout the next day.

So let’s play the brain vs. body game, and don’t forget that one situation might be better to listen to your brain, while the other situation might be best to listen to your mind.

I listen to my brain when it tells me to buy all of the peanut butter. This is my work stash, although that Teddie’s Peanut Butter has been in there since Christmas when my brother was home. He likes Teddies & I like Jif Whips, but when he forgot to take it back with him, I adopted it because no jar should be left alone.

I listen to my body when it tells me what it needs. My mid-morning snack as you know from many WIAW, is Greek yogurt with peanut butter. Lately I’ve been having a lot of headaches at 3 pm, and I think it’s because by 3 pm I’ve typically only had 6-10 grams of fat, saving the last 30 for the afternoon and night. Instead, I’m trying to switch my morning and afternoon snacks around to see if a snack with more fat/carbs/protein will help me feel better as the day goes on, and enjoy a lighter snack later in the day.

All day long I really just wanted to make protein pancakes. I listen to my body when it knows 2 nights in a row of pancakes for dinner isn’t as good as a big bowl of chicken stir-fry. My body wants a bowl full of nutrients!chicken-stir-fryI listen to my brain when it says to “treat yourself.” Having fun snacks is how I keep from binging on an entire jar of peanut butter or a package of Oreos. Seriously. I pretty much have 3 snacks I eat every day almost routinely:

  • Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • Quest Bar – with peanut butter if it’s during the day, without peanut butter if it’s eaten at night
  • A wrap or english muffin with peanut butter
  • Protein/Casein shake

Okay, so it seems like a lot of peanut butter, but I will only eat peanut butter during 2 snacks. If I have a shake for my last meal/snack of the day, then I will have peanut butter on my Quest bar at work and skip the wrap/english muffin.

But back to this snack topic. For months now I have not felt the need to overeat or binge, unless we are discussing Thanksgiving meals. I’m giving myself the snacks that I want and that keep me happy. My body might tell me that I should have veggies with hummus or an apple and almonds for a snack, but my brain is telling me otherwise because it KNOWS how my body will react to those snacks.

So last night my brain told me to buy a can of whipped cream to put on top of my night snack. I didn’t need my afternoon snack yesterday, so by the time I was finished dinner, I still had 2 snacks planned. I nixed the last one, and decided to treat myself. I ate my greek yogurt with peanut butter, but I topped it with whipped cream. Why? Because my brain told me to. 🙂

What does your brain & body tell you to do?

PB Crave: Peanut Butter with a Twist Giveaway!

It’s a no brainer that I love all things peanut butter. I love peanut butter crackers, peanut butter toast, carrots dunked in peanut butter, grapes covered in pb. Throw it on a banana or apple slices, or let a spoonful of peanut butter melt on top of a bowl of oatmeal. I love peanut butter on everything.

While I much prefer peanut butter on things instead of straight up off of a spoon or my finger, I was introduced to one brand of peanut butter that is amazing as is. Referred to as “peanut butter with a twist,” is PB Crave, a peanut butter that is loaded with real chunks of Belgium chocolate and pure, natural honey. Peanut butter with chunks of chocolate? Sign me up! And that is what we are focusing today on What I Ate Wednesday!

Not only does PB Crave inspect every jar hand by hand to ensure that the quality of the pb meets their standards, but the peanut butter is gluten-free, and has no syrups, artificial sweetener, no hydrogenated oil, and no high-fructose corn syrup.

PB Crave sent me each of their 4 addicting flavors, and they even agreed to send one lucky winner a jar of each flavor as well!

Razzle Dazzle

Before even trying this flavor, I honestly did not have high hopes for it, since I just thought that raspberry peanut butter would be odd.

I forgot to mention that I also love dipping peanut butter into jam, so this flavor of peanut butter was actually right up my alley. There were white and dark chocolate chunks, little bits of red raspberry, and wild honey all mixed into this jar, making it my 2nd favorite flavor.

Cookie Nookie

This was the first jar that I immediately dug into, and was definitely a pleaser! Chocolate chips, cookie dough flavoring and honey were all found in this jar of peanut butter, and would make one heck of a sandwich!

CoCo Bananas

The last jar that I tried, and my least favorite of the group, which really doesn’t mean much since all 4 flavors are good! The only reason this flavor wasn’t my favorite is just because I would rather put peanut butter on a banana than taste it in the nut butter. Made with a tropical blend of bananas, cocoa, honey and chunks of chocolate, there is nothing artificial about this one.

Choco Choco

This flavor was the winner. No competition at all. I devoured this jar in 2 days flat, with only a spoon. I’m not sure if I should be proud of that or not. There is a double dose of chocolate in here. Semi-sweet & rich dark chocolate. WHAT? Double the heaven.

My Fav. Evening Snacks & An Arctic Zero Giveaway

Do you want to know why I love Wednesdays? It’s halfway through the work week, I can use the camel emoji to wish my friends a happy hump day, I can watch the previous night’s new episode of Chicago Fire (because I go to bed at an elderly time), and most of all, because it’s the biggest food day of the week for us bloggers with What I Ate Wednesday.

I’m a lover of all things. Food. Bearded men. Tattooed men. Peanut butter. Sweets. You name it, I probably love it. I love eating. All day, every day. I could eat breakfast foods for every meal, but it’s really my night time treat that I typically look forward to the most.

I can knock back peanut butter in the evening like it’s my full-time job. Opps. PB Crave jar gone in days. This jar was crack. No wonder I couldn’t sleep last night and my chin is breaking out. I ate all of the sugar! Lesson learned in a big, hard way.

I love a good Cookies & Cream Quest Bar before bed. And to keep with snacks to satisfy my sweet tooth, a good ol’ protein shake made with peanut butter is a winner as well.

Another favorite evening treat of mine has been Arctic Zero, a healthy alternative to ice cream that is:

  • gluten-free
  • lactose intolerant friendly
  • made with natural ingredients

About a month ago, Arctic Zero reached out to me and asked if I’d be interested in reviewing their product. This was an easy “yes” for me, as I’ve been a big fan of these for a bit now. I didn’t expect to open my package and find TEN pints of ice cream. Holy cow!

The pints of ice cream, which are high in protein (12 g per pint), and also low carb (28 g per pint), make this the perfect night time treat. I can eat an entire pint in one sitting and not feel guilty. Coffee, Sea Salted Caramel, and the Vanilla Maple are my absolute favorite flavors.

IMG_1037Unfortunately, the Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookies & Cream didn’t have a strong flavor, which totally bummed me out, but I know others love those flavors, so really it just depends on your taste buds!

My and the ol’ best friend for life, Lindsay, LOVE our fro-yo, but sometimes our fro-yo bowls just aren’t healthy by the time we reach the register. I mean, no bowl of fro-yo is going to be healthy, but there is a fine line between a healthier bowl and a bowl that will cause you to gain 20 pounds over night. Lindsay and I are all about make your own fro-yo bowls at home. The main ingredient being Arctic Zero. I LOVE topping these with melted peanut butter and whipped cream. So fabulously delicious!

When you just need to satisfy that sweet tooth and want to demolish a pint of ice cream due to a break-up, PMS cravings, a rough day, a good day, or just any day, Arctic Zero is a great choice to cure that craving, especially by saving your waist-line.

I love having options to foods that aren’t as healthy, and for me, this is an option that I love and believe in. Luckily for you guys, I have FOUR pints of Arctic Zero to giveaway, and because I like winners, 4 readers will each win their own pint.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

The giveaway will end Monday October 13th at midnight, and I will announce the winners Tuesday the 14th at 9 am. Good luck! 🙂

I received 10 pints of Arctic Zero free of charge in exchange for a review and a giveaway. As always, thoughts and opinions are my own.

Sinning with Pacific Beach Peanut Butter

I have a confession to make. Ever since going Paleo, there haven’t been many non-Paleo foods that have been tempting me. I’ve tried to see how peanut butter and greek yogurt affected my stomach, and the outcomes were mixed. I tried the natural Jif peanut butter, and it made my stomach gurgle asap.

And then I took one bite of Pacific Beach Peanut Butter, and I wanted to commit endless sins. When Matthew, the owner of PB Peanut Butter reached out and asked me to do a review, I was hesitant, mostly because I was on my Paleo challenge, but the thing that made me say yes, was that:

  • I loved his company
  • the peanut butter he told me he would send me sounded 10 shades of tempting

  • I still love and endorse peanut butter. Plus, if you’re at my blog, chances are you like peanut butter, too.

I took one small bite of the peanut butter on Friday night, and it tasted like I had never lived. Best part was that it didn’t upset my stomach. Bottoms up, baby!

Matthew sent me their signature peanut butter, which he described as toffee-ish. I was a little nervous before trying it, but boy did it knock my socks off. It was a little bit crunchy, and a little bit sweet. It was the perfect combination, and it made me house about 1/3 of the jar that night. That’s how we do Friday nights in New Hampshire.

I had my parents try the peanut butter as well, and their exact reactions were as follows:

Daddio- “That’s pretty awesome… wait a minute, that’s good. I like the texture.”

Mom- “Awesome, that’s good… that’s very good. Flavor is very rich. If this was cooked, it’d taste like a peanut butter cookie. I like the texture too.”

Boom. They were sold too. What I love about PB PB, is that for starters, they’re a family run business, comprised of himself, his Mom, and his Grandpa (I wonder if I can marry into the family?), and the products used. Matthew uses all natural ingredients, and all jars are filled by hand, eliminating manufacturing.

Along with the signature peanut butter, Matthew’s fantastic pb company offers 6 other, drool worthy flavors:

  • Organic Unsalted Peanut Butter
  • Organic Valencia Peanut Butter
  • CinnaYum Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate Raspberry Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter
  • Child’s Play Peanut Butter

Hold the phone with the Child’s Play PB…. this one has M&Ms in it. Done. Can I get an Amen? Now I’m even more serious about marrying into this family.

ch_play_in_candyMatthew has been kind enough to offer one lucky RonPB reader a jar of the Signature Pacific Beach Peanut Butter!

You have multiple ways to end, and the giveaway will end on Sunday, March 2nd at midnight, and I will reveal the winner on Monday, March 3rd. Good luck! 🙂

WIAW & Giveaway Wednesday. i heart keenwah

It’s hump day, which means one thing: it’s gonna be a good day. I am doing cartwheels over here because it’s Jenn’s What I Ate Wednesday AND Giveaway Wednesday!

Let’s start with my favorite post-workout drink. A chocolate banana protein frappe. It was so nice and thick, and even better since it was in my favorite glass. I briefly dated Jeff Gordon’s twin when I spent time in Los Angeles, and he gave me 4 of these glasses. There is this bar called “Tony’s on the Pier,” and the story behind these glasses are that there was a shot that they poured in these monstrous glasses and actually lit it on fire. You got to keep the glasses after the shot. Well, apparently this boy loved his fireball shots!

A repeat lunch that I am in love with and can’t not eat is my turkey spaghetti squash. I want to try a pesto sauce with the spaghetti squash next, so any good healthier pesto recipes, please send my way!

You are about to see a lot more asparagus around here. I was talking to my coach about how she manages to stay full when she is prepping for a competition and cuts her carbs. She told me several foods that she focuses on because of their low carb content, meaning you can eat a lot. This plate boasted only 3 grams of carbs with the asparagus, and there was so much! Asparagus pee here we come! The grilled chicken is the work of my wonderful grill master Dad. 🙂

Snacks have been fruit based around yogurt and nut butter.

Plain yogurt + PB2 + banana slices = pre-bedtime snack.

This was actually Sunday night’s dinner. Oven roasted olive oil spritzed asparagus (chef Momma), and sweet steak & chicken, from the grill master himself. Such an amazing dinner. Why did I move out again?

And here is the best thing that has ever been in my mouth. Mediterranean Crusted Salmon. The crust was made from sun-dried tomato and pine nuts. Aka omg! Words cannot describe how naughty and delicious this tasted.

I didn’t even feel like I was eating salmon. This was a frozen meal that I bought when I first moved into my apartment… 6 months ago. Why I waited so long to eat it is unbelievable, but I am going to eat this multiple times per week. With a side of 2 dippy eggs and sweet red peppers. Paradise.

Remember how my Monday was so awesome? Well it got even better when I got home from my run that evening and came home to a package from I Heart Keenwah.

I first came across I Heart Keenwah in one of my fitness magazines, and instantly became curious. When I reached out, they were more than excited to partner up and offer me a bag of their quinoa clusters for myself and one lucky Running on PB reader!

I Heart Keenwah came about when four friends who were frustrated with the lack of ready-to-eat quinoa options came together and created a crunchy, sweet treat, that truly tastes amazing. I’m talking super addicting!

When it came time to brainstorm for the clusters, they came up with a list of requirements:

  • gluten-free & all natural
  • short ingredient list that is recognizable and easy to understand
  • minimally processed foods

Not only did they do this, but they made a product that tastes too good to be true. I grabbed a handful of the clusters yesterday morning before heading to Crossfit to give me a little energy to get through the workout. They kept my hunger at bay and powered me through hindu push-ups, handstand kicks, deadlifts, and running.

As much as I wanted both bags to myself, I want one of you beloveds to try them for yourself.

To enter, please leave a comment for each possible entry. You have 4 entries:

  1. Tell me your favorite way to eat quinoa!
  2. Tell me when you would eat this… pre-workout, moments of hangriness, between meal snacking, etc!
  3. Like “Running on Peanut Butter” on Facebook. Leave me a comment telling me if you already do or you just did.
  4. Follow Running on PB on Bloglovin‘. Leave me a comment telling me if you already do or you just did.

I will close the drawing Sunday evening at 5 pm EST and will announce the winner Monday morning. Good luck! 🙂

Disclaimer: I was compensated for this post with free I Heart Keenwah products, but all opinions are my own.
