Today I felt like I raged all night celebrating my birthday. I felt beat and tired and like my body wanted to cry. My body was dying a slow death. Sadly, it wasn’t from a birthday drink fest, but a workout overload and a lack of sleep.
My 4 mile morning run was painful and I only attempted a light cardio workout on my lunch break. I’m talking speed walking and a light elliptical workout.
For breakfast I enjoyed my cheesy scramble with roasted brussels with a few sweet potatoes.
Lunch was a tuna and lettuce sandwich on Ezekiel bread with half of an apple.
And my pre-dinner date snack was THE chocolatiest Quest bar. After work, I met up with Mike for dinner, andddddd I will talk about that tomorrow because I am so freakin’ tired and am crawling into bed right now.
