Somewhere throughout this week life got busy and I had to rely on a majority of the same meals, especially with Tuesday being on the road for the BlogWell Conference in Boston. Without further ado, here is my flimsy contribution to Jenn’s WIAW.
Avocado + grilled chicken + egg whites = favorite lunch. I make sure each bite of chicken or egg has an avocado cube with it. I could eat this for life.
Monday’s breakfast. The asparagus is always my favorite part of the meal, followed by crispy sweet taters.
Monday’s dessert. Coconut vanilla greek yogurt topped with blueberries and sunflower seeds. I would’ve preferred fresh over frozen bluebs, but I’ll take what I can get!
After the conference let out yesterday, I demolished 3 hard-boiled eggs and carrots on the 2 hour, traffic-ridden drive home, and immediately dug into this yogurt bowl after the sweatpants came on once I made it home.
Sun butter + vanilla Greek yogurt + mangoes = my absolute favorite bedtime snack.
My least favorite thing I ate was sun-dried tomato chicken sausage. It upset my stomach. Boo!
