  • Sunday: 4 mile run & Aerial Fitness Class
  • Monday: 4 mile run & short total body workout
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run & Bikram Yoga
  • Wednesday: 3 mile run & 25 minute total body workout
  • Thursday: 3 mile run
  • Friday: 4 mile run & Bikram Yoga
  • Saturday: 3 mile run, 1 mile walk & shoulder day

Week of June 30th – July 6th

  • Sunday:  3.3 mile run
  • Monday: 4 mile run
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run
  • Wednesday: 4 mile run & total body workout
  • Thursday: 4 mile run
  • Friday: 2.5 mile run
  • Saturday: 2 mile run

Week of July 7th –  July 13th

  • Sunday: 4 mile run & shoulder workout
  • Monday: 4 mile run & Bikram Yoga
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Wednesday: 4 mile run & leg/core workout on Bosu Ball
  • Thursday: 4 mile run
  • Friday: 4 mile run & bosu ball workout
  • Saturday: 4.1 mile run & total body workout

Week of July 14th – July 20th

  • Sunday: Foam Fest
  • Monday: 4.8 mile run & 2 rounds of the 7 minute workout
  • Tuesday: 3.8 mile run & 2 rounds of the 7 minute workout
  • Wednesday: 3 mile run
  • Thursday: 4 mile run & 2 rounds of the 7 minute workout
  • Friday: 4 mile run
  • Saturday: 3 mile run, standing, oblique crunches, deadlifts, & 2 rounds of the 7 minute workout

Week of July 21st – July 27th

  • Sunday: 3.6 mile run & 2 rounds of the 7 minute workout
  • Monday: 4 mile run and 1 round of the 7 minute workout with box jumps
  • Tuesday: 4 mile run and lower body workout
  • Wednesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Thursday: 2.5 mile run and upper body workout
  • Friday: 2.5 mile run
  • Saturday: 4.1 mile run & 3 rounds of the 7 minute workout
